About
I enjoy creating artwork that sparks curiosity, educates, or simply pays homage to important places, people, and pets. Every piece and publication has one purpose: to tell a story – either those based on my own experiences or from others.
I began Monochrome Mythology LLC in 2024 to formalize my practice and share a collection of work that I hope you’ll enjoy.
I operate from a private studio space in Tennessee and am excited to share my art with the public online and via select in-person events.

Ink – Comic Books
Comic books provide an amazing way to convey a narrative and I’m looking forward to jumping into this space in a big way. Ink is my preferred tool here and I believe there is still a ton to explore within the medium.
Stories centering around mental health and modern life are of particular interest to me.
Pencil – Portraits
Realism has been a core style and focus of my pencil art for a number of years. Much of my commissioned portraits have been of pets but I also like branching out and drawing people, landscapes, and others – all to highlight a certain quality or mood of the subject.
I work on a small scale – generally 8×10 inches or smaller. Getting all of the nitty gritty details into place is both rewarding and challenging.
No A.I.
I don’t use artificial intelligence (AI) in any of my art and writing. I believe that AI can be useful but I prefer to use traditional methods with my own personal artwork. Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are something I have no interest in either.
