Nashville Comic Arts Festival 2025

NCAF 2025 Poster

I’m very excited to announce that I’ll be attending the 2025 Nashville Comic Arts Festival (NCAF) as a vendor this year! In its second year, the show has grown tremendously and features a ton of artists showcasing their unique visions with the community. Presented by Vanderbilt University Libraries, the Nashville Public Library, and Wakeup Comics, there will be dozens of styles, books, and more to enjoy.

All the Details!

The Nashville Comic Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, October 4 from 11am to 6pm at the Vanderbilt Central Library – 419 21st Avenue South on the 4th floor. It’s FREE to attend and has a wonderful program featuring a variety of guest speakers, including Samuel Davenport of the NASH Illustrators. A lot of us from the group will be making an appearance.

Comics and Prints

My plan for the show is to share the first commercial printing of the Burden comic book – the initial major comic book offering from Monochrome Mythology! This will be the first opportunity to purchase a version of the book before the mass release of it later this year.

Burden is the story of my brother’s (Andrew Sosnick) post-military experience and the traumas he is trying to process. The edition available at the show features the original black and white story, a Q&A with my brother, details on how the comic was made, and an artist gallery of illustrations – some never seen before.

In addition, I’d like to share other smaller stories in zine form as well as a large collection of matted prints. Some of the images aren’t available on Etsy so this is a great opportunity to see an expanded catalog of black and white pieces.

Almost Showtime!

I’m honored to be a part of the NCAF production and it embodies the spirit of what Monochrome Mythology is all about – telling stories. I am confident that visitors to the show will find comics and zines that really speak to them.

You can follow the latest updates from the show organizers on their Instagram.

Keep telling stories and I hope to see you there!

Jeremy
